 Six new additions...
The first addition is an original colored pencil bag from 1982.
Just when I thought I had everything they made in 1982 but then this gem came up on ebay a couple weeks ago.
The next five additions are from a recent visit to Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.
Lucky for me that the gift shop at The E.T. Adventure ride at Universal Studios keeps on making new E.T. items. Unlucky for me that I get to only go there every other month and that the toys or items are usually expensive. With that being said, this new addition is kind of a big deal for me.
These items include:

  • A plastic cup that lights up with the E.T. image.
  • A spinning E.T. key chains.
  • Two pins
  • A stuffed E.T. stuff doll. The eyes are kind of cartoon like.

     Three new additions...
    The first two additions are original story boards from the making of the movie!
    Storyboards are basically a break down of each scene that is going to be shot.
    They would include a drawing or sketch of the basic idea of the scene and it will usually have details about how it is supposed to be shot.
    I'm so excited to add these to my collection, I love displays, advertising and anything that was used for the making of the movie.
    Third addition is an employee pin from Wendy's Restaurant.
    During the 20th anniversary of the film, they did a promotion with Wendy's. It involved little toys for kids that would be included in their kids meal. I'm pretty sure this was the last piece that I needed to finish the Wendy's/E.T. part of my collection.

    Two sorta new additions...
    First addition-Two pieces(long sleeve t-shirt and baseball cap) are from ILM studios and only given to the employees that worked on the film. They are both from the 20th anniversary of E.T. in 2002.
    Second addition- Is a picture of Carlo Rambaldi with one of the E.T. models.

    The new addition this week is a advertising piece from 1982.
    I'm guessing this was a mobile that would hang from the ceiling at Pizza Huts.
    The bike part is 3D, so it pops out off the moon. This was used during the Pizza Hut/E.T. collaboration.

    The new addition this week are all from Universal Studios Orlando

  • Collectors pin with E.T. and Drew Barrymore surrounded by a heart.
  • 2 post cards, the one card is based on the E.T. adventure ride.

    The new addition this week is a lot of items from Universal Studios in Japan. Included in the lot is:

  • Collectors pin with E.T. and his space ship.
  • E.T. Adventure express pass.
  • E.T. Adventure Passport
  • Universal Studios special employee invite pass to ride the E.T. Adventure ride before it was open to the general public.
  • Universal Studios Studio preview pass.
